Adrian Marmont Construction - Award Winning Building Contractors established since 1960. Through the years our work has varied from cutting edge contemporary design to traditional hand craftsmanship and renovation projects.

Adrian Marmont's comprehensive understanding of technical construction, products and design means clients' wishes can be brought to reality. He acts as Project Manager for all contracts but also undertakes skilled work along side his team. Adrian also undertakes design work, doing this closely with clients to ensure their finished project always exceeds their expectations. When a project requires additional services of Architects, Structural Engineers or other designers we can carry out this work in house or are happy to work with the clients' preferred design team.

Our Staff are all fully trained and experienced and cover all aspects of construction. In all cases a personal and professional service is always given.

To give full peace of mind to our clients we offer an insurance backed guarantee which is covered by the Federation of Master Builders Master Bond Warranty. For new builds and some conversions we also offer the NHBC ten year guarantee. Both schemes require building contractors to pass stringent acceptance criteria.

Building contractors with a reputation

Our success has been built on our reputation which led us to work with Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen and Dirmuid Gavin as the Builder and Project managers on the BBC Homefront programs. The series was recognised as being the best of it kind; we were given three weeks to complete an interior and garden with projects values around £60,000.00. The long standing series ended after BBC cut backs but is still shown occasionally where obviously the Project Manager and builders are the stars.
