Adrian Marmont Construction ~ Award Winning Building Contractors established in 1960 became a father and son partnership in 1987.  Throughout the years work has varied from cutting edge contemporary design to traditional hand craftsmanship and renovation projects.

Adrian Marmonts comprehensive understanding of technical construction, products and design means clients wishes can be brought to reality. Acting as Project Manager for all contracts he also undertakes skilled work along side his team. Adrian originally trained in Carpentry, Joinery, Cabinet Making, Architecture and Technical Drawing but with his broad skill set is able to undertake various trade work including Landscaping, Brickwork, Natural Stone Tiling etc.

Adrian also undertakes some design work, doing this closely with clients to ensure their finished project always exceeds expectations.  When a project requires the additional services of Architects, Structural Engineers or other designers we can carry out this work in house and have a network of designers so can place the right designer to suite each project.  We are also happy to work alongside / under our clients own design team should this be the preferred option.  

Our Staff are fully trained and experienced and cover all aspects of construction. A personal and professional service is always given.

Through the years Adrian has worked alongside various different Architects and designers, most recognisable being Laurence Llewellyn Bowen and Diarmuid Gavin and has always had a strong interest in design.  This has been the strength behind the many successful projects completed as Adrian is able to understand clients brief, whether it be traditional Arts & Crafts Architecture through to Modernism or Architecture of today.  Many of the awards we have received are for work designed and built by Adrian and he is able to undertake all areas offering a full Project Management service.  Getting the small details right ensures a successful outcome so if you need a Contractor who can guide you through the myriad of styles, materials and finishes amc should be your first choice.  All work shown on our website are actual projects built by amc.
