Planning Approval & Building Regulations

Loft Conversions and extensions do not always require planning consent but always require Building Regulation Approval.

Permitted Development allows you to carry out many types of extensions and remodelling without the need for Planning Consent.  This extends to garden outbuildings, converting roof space, adding porches, one and two storey rear and side extensions but has restrictions in place and over certain areas and sizes a Planning Application will be required.   Recent changes to Planning Laws have allowed more flexibility see www.planningportal.gov.uk  for more details. On our initial site visit we can look at your proposal and offer the advice you may need.

Project Management

All our projects are fully Project Managed. In some cases clients employ our services to act as Project Manager to oversee their projects.  This is mainly when they have their own tradesmen who do not have the experience to tackle larger or more complicated projects.  This has worked well in the past and we are happy to be part involved on projects or just undertake areas that need our expertise.
