Loft conversions add interesting and very usable spaces.  Each project is individually tailored to suite our clients requirements.  We have successfully converted many roof spaces having created Penthouse Apartments, Flats, Home Gyms / Spar Rooms, Luxury Master Suites, through to economical extra family bedrooms.  Externally we have built traditional tiled or lead clad dormers and also Architectural Aluminium clad Contemporary Glass Dormers.  Any difficult or challenging loft conversion is our speciality having the expertise to tackle any project.

If you need additional space converting the loft can make a lot of sense.  It usually is the most cost effective way of extending your home and can be completed quickly - typically taking between 5 to 9 weeks depending on complexity.   Planning approval can be straightforward and in most cases can be built under ‘Permitted Development’.  To keep your costs down we are happy to only undertake part of the project, allowing you to tackle all or part of the finishing work, but will always be on hand to offer help and support when you need it. 

We offer a free no obligation first consultation carried out by Adrian Marmont who will go through options, look at budget costs and offer advice.  Adrian’s original trade training was in Carpentry and Joinery and first started converting roof spaces with his father in 1985 so has a wealth of experience and expertise in this area. 

Additionally we can fit out your new loft conversion with bespoke built in storage in a range of traditional and contemporary finishes.  This combined with an en-suite/wet room can create a beautiful master suite which will add value to your home.  Our staff  work to minimise disruption to you during your loft conversion and in most cases do not need to enter your home until your new staircase is fitted.
