Design and build

We offer a full design and build service which includes a free initial survey to look at your project. This can then be taken through the stages which include Planning Permission, Structural Design, Party Wall Consent and Building Regulations drawings before the construction stage starts. Our complete service means you can sit back relax and watch your project come to life.

Interior deign including kitchens, bedrooms, bespoke cabinets and furniture is also available allowing us to tailor each project to suite your requirements. Our award wining design team will work closely with you and can cover traditional or contemporary Architecture but are also happy to work with your design team should this be the preferred option.

Extensions

Whether you are looking to extend up, down or out we can provide the space solutions you need. Our many years of experience means we offer an unrivalled service and have completed many home extensions including contemporary glass and steel, traditional historic buildings and excavating under houses to form new home entertainment space.

We carefully select materials to ensure your home extension ties with the original house and avoid the visual impact poorly built extensions can create.

A fully bespoke service is offered covering all areas ~ stairs, joinery, cabinets, bathrooms, lighting, etc for your new extension but can also offer cost effective solutions from our standard ranges.

Loft conversions

Lofts can create valuable and truly stunning spaces. Any difficult or challenging loft conversion is our speciality as we have the expertise to tackle any project. We have successfully completed many loft conversions from adding bedrooms and bathrooms to creating luxury penthouse apartments. All completed to our usual high standards at competitive charges.

Additionally we can fit out your new loft conversion with bespoke built in storage in a range of finishes and styles. This combined with an en-suite / wet room can create a beautiful master suite which will add value to your home. Our staff will work to minimise disruption to you during your loft conversion and in most cases will not need to enter your home until your new staircase is fitted.

New builds ~ conversions ~ renovations

As a long standing, registered and approved NHBC builder we can offer you a New Build service. WE have completed many New Builds, Conversions and Renovations in recent years and range from entry level housing but specialize in quality homes. All New Builds are project managed and completed to our exacting high standards.

Interiors ~ kitchens ~ bedrooms ~ bathrooms

For many of our clients these rooms are the most important and careful consideration in these areas is always given. A fully bespoke service is offered to create one off designs both in traditional or contemporary styles. High gloss doors, mirrors, etc can be combined with real wood veneer to create a highly individual and stunning look.

We are suppliers and installers of Howden's Kitchens and recommend their products for quality and value. Granite, Solid Surface (corian etc), Wood, and Formica worktops are supplied and fitted at competitive rates. We are also happy to fit your kitchen and wardrobes for you and offer a competitive kitchen fitting service.

Landscaping and garden structures

When a landscaping project requires that quality 'Chelsea Garden' finish we are always happy to help. We have worked with Chelsea Gold Medal winning designers on projects and can produce the 'garden room' for you. We are well known for our cutting edge contemporary gardens having worked for the BBC as the builders and project managers on the Homefront Series working with Diarmuid Gavin and Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen. Garden structures and features can be bespoke built in any style. Swimming pools can also be constructed whether being entry level block and liner or high end RC Concrete and tiled. We can also install the Aquamatic Pool cover and recommend the under mount system for new pools.
